Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No.C1-397 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 178.875 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the Scorpio vehicle. Petitioner is said to be sitting in the car.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2018.
