Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant in his written complaint has alleged that on 19.06.2019 at about 11:00 PM petitioner Raju Ram was cutting the maize crop of the informant and on protest,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64134 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/3 petitioner Raju Ram inflicted Dab blow over his head with intention to kill him, causing grievous injury to him. In the meantime, all FIR named accused persons variously armed with lathi, danda and rod came there and started assaulting all the family members of the informant and petitioner Raju Ram also snatched his mobile.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that brother of informant was eve-teasing the sister of petitioner Raju Ram and the matter was reported to the police, for this reason, petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Injuries are reported to be simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, subject to the conditions
