2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 927 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 272, 273, 379, 414, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 30(c), 30(d), 32, 33, 34, 36, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and 51, 63, 64 of Copy Right Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2023 and there is recovery of 555.600 litres of wine from house of co-accused Pawan Kumar.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and no recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Exicse Judge, Court No. 1, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) P.S.
