The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.246 of 2019 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2019, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.
