The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused persons committed robbery of truck of the informant loaded with 1250 container of Refined Palm Oil. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement co-accused. However, counsel for State opposed and submitted that during course of investigation ample material has come against this petitioner and this petitioner has got two criminal

Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
