2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 511, 354B, 354C, 354D, 354A, 323, 341, 504, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons, including this petitioner, forcibly made the minor daughter of the informant to sit on their motorcycle. In the meantime, on hulla, they fled away leaving the victim on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Pramod Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9717 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P. S. Case No. 614 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
