JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 146 of 2012 (G.R. No. 1634 of 2012) registered under Sections 363, 302, 201 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are Aunt of the victim.

However, the dead body of the victim was found on the railway track and the case hinges on circumstantial evidence and there is no direct allegation against these petitioners. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall

No.43165 of 2012 (3) dt.20-01-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 146 of 2012, (G.R. No. 1634 of 2012), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
