The petitioner has filed this petition for correction of his father's name in the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46932 of 2016.

It is submitted that name of father of petitioner is Ganga Yadav but due to inadvertence father's name of the petitioner is written as Somar Rai in the petition and, therefore, the same error occurred in the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46932 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the father's name of the petitioner in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 46932 of 2016 and, consequently, the same be corrected in the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.391 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Misc. No. 46932 of 2016.

The period of surrender of petitioner before the court below, i.e., the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in Kouakol P.S. case No. 54 of 2016, is further extended for three weeks from today.

With this observation, this modification petition is disposed of.
