The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468,471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 59911 of 2022, 59666 of 2022, 60529 of 2022, 66758 of 2022 on 16.02.2023, 23.02.2023, 21.02.2023 and 20.03.2023 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62553 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-X, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
