2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to dispose of the Anganwari Sevika (Misc) Case No. 02 of 2016 which is still pending before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 3).

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that as per his experience, such a long pendency could not possible but since he is not confirmed about the present status of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13968 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 Anganwari Sevika (Misc) Case No. 02 of 2016, therefore, direction may be given to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the matter if not disposed off as yet.

4. Upon hearing the parties, this Court without entering into merits and demerits of the present case, directs the District Magistrate, Sasaram (Respondent No. 3) to pass reasoned and speaking order in Anganwari Sevika (Misc) Case No. 02 of 2016 in accordance with law, if not passed yet, within 90 days from the date of production/receipt of the copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed off.
