2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 76, 303(2), 324(1), 109(1), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are in custody since 29.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60491 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioners will mark their attendance at the Halsi Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (ii) The petitioners will file an affidavit that they will not consume illicit liquor in near future.
