The petitioner seeks bail in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 173/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 364 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that daughter of informant had love affairs with son of this petitioner, namely, Samsuj Jama. It is alleged that on 15.09.2018 aforesaid Samsuj Jama gave threat to the son of informant on telephone that he will return his sister if he will not take the matter further, otherwise he gave threat of dire consequences. It is alleged that on 16.09.2018 at 7.30 A.M. the informant got information that dead body of his daughter is lying on the road. In this manner, from the written report itself it appears
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77546 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 that son of this petitioner had given threat to the informant. Petitioner is father of Samsuj Jama.
Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 173/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
