2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 120(B) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the victims with a sharp weapon which caused injury to the victims.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner have no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 07.07.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023.

10. The bail bond of the petitioner shall only be accepted if he deposits a demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- in the name of the informant at the time of furnishing bail bond and the demand draft shall be handed over to the informant. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
