The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint case No. 1049 of 2014 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioners under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that Anjan Devi assaulted her grand daughter while she had gone to bring water from the tube well and when the complainant went to lodge the complaint Sanjay Paswan, who is not petitioner, pulled the Sari of complainant, made her semi naked and assaulted the complainant with stick. Other accused persons are alleged to have taken away

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some altercation took place only for taking water from the tube well and no allegation of striping Sari is made against the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhepura in Complaint Case No. 1049 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
