The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, the informant claims to have seen the occurrence wherein the petitioner and others assaulted to the husband of the informant causing his death.
The case diary reveals that one more eye-witness has supported the allegation.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Fulwaria (Shri O.P.) Police Station Case No. 115 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2966 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 Gopalganj.
Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
