JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada P.S.Case No. 449 of 2018 registered under Sections 313, 323, 341, 498A.504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation as per FIR against the petitioner is that informant married with petitioner and when she became pregnant, he got her pregnancy aborted. When again became pregnant she went to her parent's home, as petitioner wanted to get her pregnancy aborted.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that informant is not the wife of the petitioner rather she has married with another person. He submits that informant again remarried twice to another person and this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner.
