JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased girl who had, as a matter of fact, died on account of snake bite. It is further stated that on account of the said evidence the son of the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, has been acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 470 of 2013. It is also submitted that the husband of the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 23.4.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37619 of 2014.

No.43151 of 2015 (3) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Laxmi Devi, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 440/2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, subject to the other conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
