The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is alleged from the motorcycle parked on a busy market. The said motorcycle is not of the petitioner nor the liquor was of the petitioner. The petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57516 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Chewera P.S. Case No.27 of 2019, Excise Case No.244 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
