1. The present writ petition has been filed for removal
Patna High Court CWJC No.14127 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 of encroachment from public land, situated at Mauja-Phulwarya, Thana No.677, Khata No.220, Khesra No.1563, Area 18.2.
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Circle Officer, Kuchaikot, District Gopalganj has already initiated an encroachment proceeding vide Encroachment Case No.03 of 2024-25, hence he be directed to conclude the same, in case the same has not yet been concluded and thereafter, he be directed to take appropriate steps for removal of the encroachment in question, within a stipulated time frame, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from today, by taking recourse to the due process of law and after hearing the affected parties. It is directed accordingly.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
