The writ application has been filed commanding the State authority, particularly respondent no.2, to take action against respondent nos. 4,5 & 6 for the acts of omission and commission in execution of the developmental projects under the MANREGA and NAREGA Scheme(s).

On going through the writ petition, it does not appear that any wrong has been committed to the petitioner. That apart,
