Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.2, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.17 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
