The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 753 of 2016 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to keep the Opposite Party No. 2 with all dignity and provide maintenance to her.

Heard learned APP as well as learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10180 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 also submitted that the complainant is still ready to live with her husband.

In view of the submissions of rival parties, let the petitioner surrender in the concerned court below on 29.3.2017 and file an application stating that he is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with all dignity and on that date the opposite party no. 2 will also be present in Court and the Court below will allow the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 to live together and release the petitioner on provisional bail to its own satisfaction for a period of six months and will watch their conduct on calling them on a date fixed in each month and after six months on being satisfied with the conduct of both the parties, grant bail to the petitioner on furnishing bail bonds to his own satisfaction, otherwise to pass any order as he may deem fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
