JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with GRP/Jhajha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 1.8.2018. He further submits that the case was registered against unknown notwithstanding the petitioner was arrested on 1.8.2018 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade till date.

Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77355 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Kiul Railway, Lakhisarai in connection with GRP/Jhajha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018.
