Counsel for the erstwhile Electricity Board is present. We have perused the order dated 19.08.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has committed no error by dismissing the Writ Application on a half baked pleadings and, that too, with regard to the so-called assertion that the husband of the petitioner was appointed in 1964 and he went on leave in 1968 and thereafter his joining was never accepted. For such a sketchy and
Patna High Court LPA No.1998 of 2015 dt.11-09-2017 2/2 belated kind of claim, dismissal of the Writ Application was the only option.
Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
