JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case petitioner is seeking bail in Mokama P.S.Case No. 154 of 2014 registered u/s 395 IPC. Allegation has been made that at the point of pistol, informant was brought down from the vehicle by 5-6 persons and they also hijacked the vehicle and proceeded towards the east. It appears that on the confessional statement of petitioner, looted articles ere recovered.

Petitioner carries two criminal cases over his head. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial. Jay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U T
