3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
5. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits, expeditiously, and disposed off within the statutory period.
