2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 for the alleged offences under Section 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63 and 65 of Copyright Act, 1957.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64957 of 2023(2) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
