JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.04.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Sangrampur (Tatiabumber) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2005 whereby he has issued summons against the petitioners to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
