JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed for quashing the order of dismissal dated 03.09.2022 passed and issued by Regional Deputy Director, Education Muzaffarpur under Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2005. He also prays for quashing of the enquiry report. In terms of rule 23 of CCA Rules, 2005, appeal lies against an order of the Regional Deputy Director to the Appellate Authority as provided under Rule 24 of the Rules of 2005.
