20.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Sangrampur P.S.
Case No. 148 of 2014 registered under Sections 448, 332, 353, 354, 379, 384, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari.
Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the Petitioner while on bail has committed the present occurrence, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2227 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 Police, East Champaran at Motihari, and the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
