Appeal No.15 of 2015, affirming the order dated 08.01.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai, in Matihani P.S. Case No.89 of 2014.

The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
