2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to file representation before the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna, who is also the Appellate Authority, to avail appropriate remedy for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. If the Appellate Authority is functional, it is directed to take appropriate action in respect of the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of detailed representation by the petitioner.
