Patna High Court LPA No.445 of 2015 dt.17-05-2016 2/2 in filing the Letters Patent Appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, we find that sufficient cause is shown by the appellants to condone such delay. Consequently, the delay in filing of the present Letters Patent Appeal is condoned.

Interlocutory Application stands allowed accordingly. Re.: Letters Patent Appeal No. 445 of 2015 The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12003 of 2014 which was taken up for hearing along with analogous case of C.W.J.C. No. 12252 of 2013. The Letters Patent Appeal No. 361 of 2015 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 12252 of 2013 has been dismissed by this Court on 06th May, 2016.

For the reasons mentioned in the said order dated 6th May, 2016 in L.P.A. No.361 of 2015, the present Letters Patent Appeal is also dismissed.
