The petitioner seeks bail in Nalanda P.S. Case No.80 of 2012, G.R. NO.2463 of 2012 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 20.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44824 of 2013 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within nine months and if the trial would not be concluded by the aforesaid time, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

From the report submitted by the 6th Additional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2198 of 2015 (3) dt.18-03-2015 Sessions Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda it appears that petitioner has filed a discharge application and for that reason the trial has not proceeded.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
