The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner and two others kidnapped his minor daughter while she was going to college.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is aged about 17-18 years. The petitioner is also minor as his date of birth is 01.01.1997. The victim and the petitioner were in love with each other. The police apprehended the victim while she de-boarded from the train and was going to house. The doctor did not find any sign of rape.

Having considered the fact the petitioner and the victim are of same locality and there appears that they were student of the same college, the above named petitioner is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1551 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-Iten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K. Verma, J.M. Ist Class, Barh Dist. Patna in Hatihda P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014.
