Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation some witnesses have stated that there was monetary dispute between the petitioner and the deceased and thereafter petitioner was arrested and made confessional statement leading to recovery of a blood-stained gamcha and three rods. Except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 17.6.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions of the parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand
