1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 307 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and is a woman and the informant alleges that he received an information that Hindu

No.60182 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 and Muslim community are at loggerhead and law and order situation may arise, accordingly, he went to the place of occurrence and saw 19 named accused persons along with 140150 unknown accused who were carrying lathi, danda, bricks and gun etc. and were abusing each other and started pelting stone and from the side of Hindu community firing was also made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is next submitted that allegation of firing is general and omnibus in nature and no one was injured in the firing and petitioner is not named in the FIR rather her named transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended accused and petitioner is not alleged to have fired.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60182 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 3/3 each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.

7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is allowed.
