JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that one Sankesha Devi was misled to execute sale deed by acting as imposter to the daughter of Charitra Sah. The sale deed was executed on 12.6.2014 in favour of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 where petitioner nos. 3 to 5 were witness, identifier and deed writer.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25503 of 2015 (2) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 that now-a-days the sale deed not only bears the signature but also photographs of the vendee and vendors and for the alleged sale deed the informant has filed T.S. No. 669 of 2014. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
