Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing illicit has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The mobile phones which have been recovered from his possession belongs to him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63677 of 2019(3) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019.
