JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered under Sections 420,376F, 313,120B, 498A of the I.P.C and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The specific allegation has been leveled against the husband and the petitioners are in-laws of the informant.

No.12028 of 2017 (3) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
