Patna High Court CWJC No.100 of 2022(4) dt.13-01-2023 2/2 application, in view of orders passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4864 of 2021 (Kameshwar Singh and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) and C.W.J.C. No. 10220 of 2021 (Haseeb Ahmad Khan vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.). The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner was not disputed by learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, in terms of orders passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4864 of 2021 and C.W.J.C. No. 10220 of 2021, the writ application stands disposed of.
