Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is unable to come from Switzerland because of COVID19 phase-3, so this Court may grant further time of three months for complying the orders of this Court.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted time till 01.04.2022 for complying the order dated 29.10.2021 and 03.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.69598 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70764 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 29.10.2021 and 03.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.69598 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
