JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order, dated 12.08.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31806 of 2015, top the extent a condition has been put upon him while allowing his pre-arrest bail to present himself before the Police/Court as and when required. It is the petitioner's plea that he has now been posted at Jaipur and it may be difficult for him, at times to appear personally before the Court.

The said order, dated 12.08.2015 does not require any modification.

It is, however, clarified that it will be open to the petitioner to apply before the Court, for grant of exemption from personal attendance on any particular date and this Court's order

dated 12.08.2015 aforesaid will not preclude the Court below from passing appropriate order in the interest of justice. This application stands disposed of.
