2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 324(4), 109, 352, 351(2), 329(4) and later on added Section 103(1) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with 14 other persons assaulted the family members of the informant. Earlier the case was lodged under Section 109 of the BNS. During course of treatment, one Sonu Kumar died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR itself it is clear that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has also been submitted that no weapon has been attributed to any of the accused. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Nawada.
