The writ petition has been filed claiming enquiry in the selection of the constable conducted pursuant to the advertisement of year 2014. Other than the said relief, petitioner has not prayed for any individual relief in terms of her candidature being as per law or claiming appointment.

Respondent Board has filed counter affidavit in which they have placed on record the fact that there was mismatch in the address which the petitioner had filled in her application form. Learned counsel has referred to Annexure B series, the application form of the petitioner, to show that the petitioner was eliminated in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12763 of 2015 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 the process of selection on the ground of suffering from disqualification because of mismatch in the address detail given by the petitioner in the application form; with that mentioned on the residential certificate and certificate issued by the Government of Bihar dated 12.3.2015. On basis of the uncontroverted averments made in the counter affidavit petitioner's candidature is not worthy of consideration. The writ petition is devoid of merit for the reasons indicated herein above and same is dismissed. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Shashi.
