JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 Show cause has been filed showing compliance of the order passed by the learned writ court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some issues with regard to payment of D.A. merger of 50% with basic pension, according to him the pension has not been fixed by merging 50% D.A. with basic pension. As per the order of the learned writ court the Vice-Chancellor of Jai Prakash University has to take appropriate decision and to pay the admissible amount which has been done in the present case and so

Patna High Court MJC No.3177 of 2015 (4) dt.28-08-2018 in the opinion of this Court the contempt application will not proceed.

This application is disposed off as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the action of the University, if so, advised.
