JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chowk P.S.Case No.10 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

This application is for anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016, however, in view of Section 76 (2)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
