2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 18 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from seized scooty.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the said scooty and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66051 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge-I, (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 702 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
