JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has already returned the alleged amount of Rs. 27 lakhs (Rs. Twenty Seven Lakhs) and so far interest and other amount is concerned, it has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay another Rs. 2 lakhs (Rs. Two Lakh) if some reasonable time is allowed.

Heard learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9978 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner surrender within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 2,00,000/- drawn in favour of the petitioner and the court below after verifying the said Demand Draft shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Aditi Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in connection with above mentioned P.S. case during the above period of two months.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
