Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.s.case No.58 of 2015 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he appeared for appointment as the Panchayat Teacher and his certificates were found forged.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not been appointed and has not got any benefit . Considering the same, the other accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 6.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59709 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 No.24801 of 2017.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Birpur, District Supaul in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S.Case No.58 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
